Build a repeatable inbound funnel where every channel — webinars, LinkedIn, website, Amplitude events — sends qualified leads directly into Attio with proper attribution and a qualification score.
The foundation is full-funnel visibility: know where each lead came from, how quickly it was followed up, and what converted it. The AI Webinar series and Amplitude co-marketing events are the primary inbound vehicles right now.

Make Upwork a self-sustaining €10k/mo channel, operated primarily by Ahmad Hassan with strategic oversight from Gregor. The channel requires a playbook — which offerings to list, how to price, how to qualify, and how to close.
Volumio ($8k proposal sent) is the most advanced deal in this track. Success here means proving the Upwork playbook works end-to-end without Gregor in every conversation.
Leverage Adasight's unique position inside Amplitude's velocity team to generate warm referrals. Co-sell on deals under $50k where analytics maturity, onboarding speed, or implementation support is a blocker for Amplitude's CS.
George Souvall, Toby Barrocas, Sela Wooldridge, and Conrad Sager are the key contacts. The strategy is to be the default implementation partner recommended in every Amplitude US Sales intro. Trustarc ($2.4k/mo) and FMG ($2.4k/mo) have closed — this is the proof point to scale with more AEs.
